You took to long,but anyways the igloo contest icon was still there! and its been 3 days since the last entry day which was October 16th.
Even though this is good for penguins who haven't sent their igloo for the contest It's still not fair to penguins who have turned it in on time,so I will email Club Penguin about this BUG.
