Hmmm, so this means that image is Herbert's computer, as well as a mysterious "To capture" list ,a post-it with the phrase "Enjoy it before I destroy it",and a cup that says "Illustrious Leader Supreme."

Operation Black Out Sneak peek
Herbert Tweeted this sneak peek picture of a computer desk where he is right now working on his plan to end parties on Club Penguin. Looks like he is trying to capture penguins so Agents please make sure you're not followed on Club Penguin or Herbert or whoever could CAPTURE you.
