On Club Penguin the new log in screen shows part of Herbert saying The island is DOOMED.
I would say this is an introduction to Operation Blackout.
I hope Herbert doesn't think he is going to win this time and speaking of Herbert he now has his own site http://clubherbert.com/. To me this doesn't really seem like a site. Also here's an update on the picture with the list of people Herbert is capturing and now there is also a pic of Dot.
