Remember all the tricks to get on the platforms at all the parties from the Ultimate Jam to Operation Blackout? Well now there's one to top all of them off. Now we can get to the Balcony Platform at the Bakery :) First you will need to enter this room and head for the Bakery and right before you leave the room click this spot shown below.
Then would you look at that, your at the Balcony where you can find Rockhopper sometimes talking to all his penguin friends.
Now if you try leaving out the door, you will...not go anywhere. You can't leave through this door no mater how much you push or pull.
