What a mess! Herbert destroyed so much data. Personnel files, PSA backups, the entire Field-Ops mainframe. Right now I'm not even sure what can be fixed.
Looks likes it might take a while for Gary to restore everything not including the PSA missions since he doesn't even know what can be fixed yet :(
